CHC Aesthetics - Essex Laser Lipo

Being a bride to be last year and just needed those few inches to come off to for the dress to fit, I opted for fat freezing. Penny was so reassuring and her knowledge of not only the treatment but the after-care also. It's all about 'apple cider vinegar' and a good balance diet and exercise. I saw results from the first treatment. When the I had my last treatment, and my final dress fitting my seamstress was shocked how many inches my dress needed to be taken in, I believe I dropped a dress size in a short amount of time, but I also had a clean diet and exercised, which is highly recommended and body brushing. Thank you so much for this treatment, I am so pleased with the result. I will be back next year after having bubba no 2 and pure focus is getting the body back & better with your help.

Crazy, scary lady! I went in for a consultation very interested in the treatment. The lady (assume Penny) was very strange - defensive with any questions and very short. When i openly asked what happens if there aren't the results you expect she called me negative and started shouting saying get out and she'll call the police. Over dramatic and unprofessional all because I asked if it doesn't work (which i think anyone would want to know when thinking about spending a lot of money)!! Not sure if i caught her on a seriously bad day or she was on something. Very rude, i had friends who were also interested so if a business women (with an ounce of customer service understanding) she could have welcomed some good business. I wonder if the other good reviews are fake. Very annoyed and complaining to OFCOM and the council. STAY CLEAR. Edit - I have no idea what the review is talking about that I stayed and loitered in the building haha! Why would I do that? Must be someone else theyve had issues with. And I wasnt declined the treatment, we didnt get that far!

I felt very welcome and comfortable in the clinic. Kim was amazing. She picked up on my skin type and skin care routine very quickly and took the time to give me detailed advice and guidance on how to best take care of my skin going forward. The treatment was blissful! I had a facial with radio frequency with red light and a collagen mask. My skin is glowing and I highly recommend CHC and Kim. I left with some lovely products which have helped my skin enormously since. Thanks Kim. Im grateful!

CHC aesthetics is an amazing facility, the staff are so kind and accommodating. Along with this the treatments that are offered are top of the range. The staff are well knowledge along with highly trained which is shown when they give the treatments. I had an amazing experience and would recommend CHC aesthetics to friends and family.
