Chalkboard Signs

The most unprofessional people I ever had to deal with. Excuse after excuse for not delivering the service I paid for. At least they had the decency of giving me back my money, if only they could give me back the time I spent chasing them!

Despite sending an image clearly stating Ribblevalley they claim I asked for my sign to say Thai - they have send me a board and its wrong wording and no good to me. Such ashame and disappointing. Dont use them as there is no come back, even proof reading- doesnt help. They wont call back or respond. Its such ashame that dont value customers in a way I think we all deserve to be treated.

Excellent products!, I understand these are personalised so delivery did take 5 days which is great considered it was all make from scratch and with artwork all in all great product, good quality, easy to order I am a very happy customer.

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. Before placing an order I called to confirm if design revisions were free, of course the lady said they are free also mentioned her designer has years and years of experience. After listening to this I placed an order worth over 400, the design was horrendous probably could of done a better job myself. I then emailed the designer saying I want another design to which she replied " IT HAS TAKEN ME HALF A DAY TO DESIGN YOUR MENU THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE". I replied saying I would like a refund. Then the sales manager got in touch saying this is unacceptable and it has been referred to the director so they offered me a discount. I refused and wanted my money back. 3 weeks later I have not heard anything from them and after 5 days of continuous emails and phone calls of me chasing them they have apparently refunded my money. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY If I am being unreasonable then please tell me.
