        The managing skills are horrendous. One rule for staff and another rule for tenants, the communal area needs a constant Febreeze that does not get done. It's all about schedules and staff don't spend time with residents, staff are tired or sick and can't get a day off or get moaned at. The location is nice in the summer and a little chilly in the winter. Not much about, but soon to be changing. Some staff are nice, but you find this everywhere, and I'm appreciative for what some of the staff do for me.
