I needed machine needles during Covid, I phoned the shop and was told I could collect some needles from his home address, brilliant, as I could finish my curtains.
I recently bought a new sewing machine, after reviewing machines I decided on the Singer 4432, which I purchased, and the price was better than Amazon. Really pleased with it, excellent machine.
Then my overlocker wouldn't work so I took that in to be repaired. As it was disontinued the parts weren't available, but the owner found the part from another source. As he wasn't charged for the part, he didn't charge me for the repair.
You can't get better service than that!
