West Street Studios

We stayed upstairs in "Studio 7" family room. Beds were two singles put together to make a double and a pull out sofabed, for a family of four. * Door locks could do with an upgrade (as teen daughter struggled to lock/unlock to go the the external bathroom during the night & had to wake me up to unlock the door). And table was very wobbly not safe if toddlers are around, so we avoided using it during our stay. Otherwise, good price, good location. 7 apartments (4 on the ground floor I believe & 3 on the first floor) limited spaces for parking for 3-4 cars ONLY. Overall we were happy enough with our stay. Wednesday mornings wasn't great as lorries constantly going past loudly so NO CHANCE to sleep in. Bathrooms are private but NOT ensuite, so you'll need to take your bathroom key and pass other apartments to access your own bathroom.

Do not book to stay at this place. So many things wrong with it. Was advertised as a double bed but I can in and saw 2 single beds pushed together :/ Burn in the corner which they attempted to conceal with a rug. I highly doubt the place was cleaned thoroughly. Awful customer service. If you need assistance they will charge you for basic customer service. If youre unhappy with your stay they will not apologise or compensate you. They care more about taking your money than you having a good experience with them. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Horrible.
