Palmerston House Studios

Spent few nights in a spacious studio, the area is quite but unfortunately I wouldnt come back here. First night there was a smell of dust and cobwebs. Report it and a lady came the following day and cleaned it, great. Second night no heating and no hot water, I was with my little one and I have underlying medical issues so we were struggling, and it was freezing. The fact that no one is available at the property, I think is an issue as you cannot call the customer service at 9pm to report something....

Nice apartment, with good amenities inside. It has been nicely decorated and was comfortable enough. Nice and warm, and the kitchen was well equipped. The TV was a smart tv too, which was a nice bonus if you're staying in during the evening. There were a few areas that could be improved - the double bed was two singles together, for example. There was nowhere to hang our coats, and it could do with a lamp instead of main lights in the living area. However, a great location which was quiet and close to the sea.
