Pier View Self Catering Luxury Apartments

What a great place. Stayed here for a short break to visit family. Ed was extremely helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. The apartment was wonderful, lovely sea & pier views, comfortable bed, well equipped couldnt want for anything. Having a kitchen area was great, we received an amazing arrival welcome pack, everything you need to start a relaxing stay. The communal lounge was an added bonus a great place to enjoy tea or drinks with family. We slept well the hotel was very quiet and the beds very comfortable The location is perfect within a few minutes walk you have every shop you could wish for Having self catered in the area several times this is now firmly at the top of our list Thank you Ed we will be back soon.

Third visit to Pier View Apartments, this time we stayed in the Princess Caroline. We wanted a bigger room this time with toddler. Its lovely room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pier and sea. Lots of space in the bedroom even with a huge bed, table and two chairs, wardrobe and side table. The kitchen area is nice (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, tv) and bathroom (shower no bath). All the windows open wide if needed and the curtains do a good job keeping the light out. During the time of Covid-19 there is hand sanisters near doors. Southend main public lift is currently out of order due to Covid-19 (09/08/20). If you have a buggy or toddler that needs carrying theres a path that a leads up to the apartments from the beach or you can walk up the steps. Its a bit tricky parking but Ed the host can usually help out on that side. Ive always manged to park out the front near the apartment. You can get down to the seafront in about five minutes then go back to a bit of luxury. :)
