Dive Odyssea

UPDATED Review 2021- I still highly recommend Dive Odyssea, absolutely 5 Stars! I have had the pleasure of working with Debbie, Rob and the other instructors to do my open water course and drysuit upgrade and despite the struggles of covid and restrictions on use of pools they have utilised every opportunity to get my course completed. I am very excited for the adventures to come, Dive Odyssea is a not just a dive school its a Dive Family who really embraces every person who walks through their doors. I look forward to what my dive future has in store with Debbie and the team, looking forward to exploring the underwater world in the UK and then hopefully abroad too. (Previous review 2020) - Highly Recommend!!! Had a voucher from groupon to try a introduction to Scuba Diving Experiance. Went along one evening afterwork to a local pool where I met the Instructor Paul who looked after us. He clearly and quickly talked us through what what going to take place and we got on the equipment and straight in the pool. Even as a very strong swimmer it was a bit daunting to experiance breathing under the water for the first time and Paul was fanstastic with his very clear instructions and constant assistance making sure you are ok it was only a matter of minutes before I felt comfortable and put my trust in Paul. The whole session was really enjoyable and I felt safe at all times. I think Paul did an amazing job of catering for our whole group as the other two people I was with were very young (and fearless) haha! As a result of this amazing session I have now decided to do an Open Water Course with Dive Odyssea so I can work with Paul and Debbie to progess further in my knowledge and gain an amazing skill that will allow me to view some beautiful parts of the world!!!

A very accommodating shop staff where friendly as I knocked on the door one Monday afternoon not knowing it was closed! But they was still happy to fill a bottle up! Not many shops would have done that Thank you very much guys

A fantastic group of people that manage to tread the tightrope of learning, safety and having fun. I've now done several PADI diving courses with them and had some super holidays, diving in the UK, Egypt, Maldives and, my favourite, Galapagos! Also, very useful to be able to into the shop to browse all types of gear (and get a free cup of tea!).

I wanted to re-learn to dive for a long time and when i googled local dive shops and PADI 5Star Dive Odyssey came up. I gave them a call and right from the off the team were very friendly and extremely helpful. I made a booked my open water course with them and i have had a fantastic time learning everything to pass my open water course. The whole team at Dive Odyssey lead by Debbie and Rob and fantastic. They all have such passion to teach you what they know and to make it fun whilst you are learning. Your safety is always their priority and they wont make you do anything your not able to do. The way they teach is fantastic. I have enjoyed it so much i signed up for even more courses with them and look forward to the experience. All i can say is "if you want to learn scuba the correct way and enjoy it learn from the best which is" DIVE ODYSSEY
