Complete lack of experience and motivation from Staff. Ordered 3 bagels this Saturday and it took 25 mins from just when I ordered, never mind the queue. Mozzarella and pesto bagel wasn't even warm so I was eating cold cheese (Why would anyone want this?!). Bacon and brie was made with bacon bits not even proper bacon! I was unaware of this when they were making it, I would have gone to subway if I wanted this quality of product. Processed, packaged and flavourless bacon. You have such an opportunity here to make a nice bagel bar but it lacks character and quality.

25 minute wait for 3 mediocre bagels. Extremely slow staff with one in the corner just glaring at customers. Bacon is not slices, its poxy bacon bits which will go all down your clothes when you open it up! Worthy for your dog though so thats where I can put 1 star.

Kid-friendliness: I just found it by chance as my begal bar in Hockley was shut and I used another one in leigh along time ago so glad I found this one and will be back Parking: All good thank you for you service all three girls pleasant under pressure xx
