Kimberley Grace Care Home

My Grandad resides at Kimberley Grace and has done for the past 18 months. He is very happy and content in their care. The staff are always happy and polite when I visit him and always get lovely greetings. My Grandad states the staff are always attentive and caring and cant do enough for him whatever time of day it is. I cant recommend this care home enough. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care and compassion from the staff that my mum receives. All the staff at the home made my mums Christmas memorable, with Father Christmas visiting , a singer to entertain and presents. Mum said Christmas Day dinner was amazing . My Aunt is currently in Kimberley Grace and has been for the last 3 years,The care she receives is fantastic, staff are all so helpful and lovely,I wouldnt have her anywhere else! Thankyou all for looking after her X

My dad has been here for about 3 months he has not been out of bed once. There was mouse droppings in his room . The food he was given is what you would feed a toddler size portion .not fresh microwave or 1 chicken nugget and beans it was a disgusting cold. The staff are rude sitting round a table on there phones not interested in residents I would not recommend sending anyone here
