        David was super helpful and friendly and came to my rescue despite it being a very busy time. They sent the very brilliant Lukasz to come fix my kiln within a week as luckily someone cancelled and he did an excellent job. It is now working brilliantly. Thank you so much!

        I had an annual maintenance service on our kiln and also asked for some training and a manual. All was done so effeciently and the engineer that they sent to site was fabulous, she was really helpful. I could not ask for a better response.
