        I used SOS to service my fridges, I was very happy with the service and when my serve over counter broke they fixed that quickly. It was fine for a while and then it needed a new thermostat which again they replaced. However when the temperature kept going up really high I called (within the warranty period) and left a message numerous times but no one ever called me back. I am now out of warranty, I was very happy with the service they provided, very friendly but I have now lost all faith in them, I understand if they are busy but they couldn't even call me back to say that.
