        Regular to Nicola and she always makes me so welcome and so relaxed, I have a back massage and everytime she listens to my needs and makes sure I go away relaxed and knot free, she does an assessment at the start to really understand and to know your requirements , Lovely lady and for an instant ray of relaxation I highly reccomend her

        I have had several reflexology sessions with Nicola whilst ive been pregnant and they have helped to relax me a lot. Nicola puts you at ease and has a lovely cabin where the treatments take place. Highly recommend.
