I ordered a light pizza,was totally unaware, as it does NOT state on the menu,that a light pizza is only half had I have known I would have ordered a "normal" pizza. On addressing the manager she stated that that was what a light pizza was, even after I stated that it doesn't say anything like that in the menu. There was no offer of a refund or change of order.. My daughter ordered a medium well steak,it was so rare it was almost mooing so we sent it back. My daughter in law has extremely bad allergies to dairy and peanuts. When she ordered from the app,she dutifully stated all her allergies and chose a vegan chilli. Knowing she's had the before in other restaurants and is fine with it. Well,not this one.within minutes of finishing it her allergies started, full on. Her throat almost closes up,her eyes stream and she gets hives. Thank goodness she carries her prescribed tablets for it and was luckily OK within an hour. Had it been her peanut allergy, although she carries her epi pen the outcome may have been completely different. All in all our experience wasn't a good one.waiting staff were nice,manager not so. Suffice to say,we won't be coming back.
