        Starting sessions with Tanya is hands down one of the best things I decided to do. I knew very little about therapy before this experience and was fairly narrow minded about how positive therapy could be on your life. After some encouragement from someone close I started sessions with Tanya and its changed so much for me in the most positive ways. My only regret is I didnt do it sooner.

        Without a doubt a positive experience. As someone who was apprehensive about therapy, asking for help is definitely nerve wracking but Tanya's approach was always at my pace, and her experience and insight have helped me make lasting changes in my day-to-day life, understand myself better and improve my self-confidence.
