        This company are neither fit nor proper to manage any property particularly Owner/Director Mr Andrew Cole whom I have found extremely duplicitous. I raised issues with the property I am renting this last year of Disrepair + Health & Safety but they have been completely ignored. Further issues of anti social behaviour by other tenants, some very serious, were also ignored. In fact Mr Andrew Cole assisted in covering up their actions. The only part of the contract agreement he is interested in is drawing the rent. STEER CLEAR!
