Trash. Nothing gets fixed - you have to call 5/6 times to get a response. The receptionist is awful - doesn't even know when your property manager is out of office on holiday, tells you to call back and try again, without even knowing they're working. We've had a broken door for 2 months now. Calls, emails, posts on the message board go unanswered. If you're thinking about employing this company to handle your property - go ahead if you want an army of angry tennants. Everyone I've spoken to thinks they're dross. Pure s**t.

Been waiting for service charge price for 10 days no response from them at all. Like They don't exist. Finally got back to me with explanation and info so increased review stars
