In the time that we have been with Dedman they have overseen all that was overlooked by our previous management company and have restored our faith that good property management comapnies are out there. They are always available and nothing is too uch trouble.

First time as a tenant under Dedman Property Management, and I have never had such an attentive, understanding, professional company to go to. The Property Manager is very helpful and friendly and deals with any correspondance, queries and/or issues very quickly. I have no reservations in highly recommending Dedman.

Thoroughly impressed with the services Dedman Property Management have offered, especially Christy. Having had a very poor experience with three other management companies in the last 4 years you can say i now know a good management company when i see one. They dealt with all legacy issues carried over swiftly and efficiently keeping me informed regularly. What couldn't be done by the previous agents in 3 years Christy sorted out in 4 weeks. I would strongly recommend Dedman Property management, very impressed!
