Currently living in a flat under Rylands management. The upkeep is terrible, the customer service rude and slow. The hallways and site look awful and they have the audacity to ask for 500 maintenance fees... Small update, fees have now increased to 590, apparently 6 months of window cleaning for a block now costs 2,400 compared to 550 last charge. Also I must say the fake reviews are laughable.

I have given Matthew at Rylands a one start so far as I report a leak back in March and we are now in June! Matthew has still not given the owners details for the flat above nor got them to contact us. We have tenants in the flat and they are human beings please Matt, Please stop hiding behind GDPR and help these poor people. surely 3 months in enough time to resolve this. Put people first as we all should. Have now been 4 months and no help what so ever from Matthew it now seems time for councilor intervention

Worst service company ever. Poor communication, do not meet their 5 day turn-around on emails. Do not apologise when they "accidentally" charge you too much. They certainly do not use the money you pay on the maintenance of the building because ours is falling apart after 18 months. We have mainly dealt with Abigail and we think she is appalling. Not helpful at all. you can tell they have bumped up their ratings on google as they all just have first lines of address instead of names. This company have already been to court several times for stealing tenants money. Does not even deserve one star.

They excel in replying to emails and phone calls and have always been helpful. Very good company. Always present too.

Not recommended. All you need to do is read a few reviews to understand why one might say this. I am currently experiencing some similar problems myself with no end in sight. Secondly who possesses a google account with the name as their first line of their address? And then leaves a 1 star review for a competitor to Rylands? You dont need to know much about gaming reviews to see this (and others) to realise that Rylands are using various methods to try and increase their ratings on here in response to numerous complaints. The one thing I can give credit for is that the concierges themselves are just superb and you couldn't ask for two nicer people. Yours truly, an unsatisfied resident in the Denham Film Studios. Edit as of 05/02/19. Several issues still pending and now being ignored by the property manager and told I have to wait 5 days for a response because that is what they are allowed to do. Nice. Will update this review in due course. Edit 02/07/19. Rylands have gone bust. Surprise surprise...
