Post Office

Absolutely terrible place, only one member of staff and 29 people in the cue, last time I waiting over 1h, I do not recommended this place !!!!

Terrible post office. Only ever one counter open. Mostly all 3 self service machines are out of order. Often the lift is out of order too so anyone with a pram or mobility issues can't even get to the post office. They often shut at lunchtime too. It really couldn't be much worse!

Badly Understaffed resulting in a very slow service. Best to use another post office I'm thinking

55 minute wait. 3 people seen in that time. Only one trainee on duty who had to seek advice on all the different tasks required of her via an open phone line. However, the trainee should be awarded staff member of the year for her sunny and apologetic disposition in the face of an overwhelming task. Her invisible managers could learn a lot from her!

I hate this post office and I dont understand why no one is doing anything about it. Theres always only ONE person serving everyone, doesnt matter if its Xmas or any other time of the year, why only one?? Surely you can employ of couple of people? Why not?? Self service machines are great IF they are working!!!
