Leigh Road Post Office

Terrible rudeness and bad manners by both staff just for customer asking a question. Has happened twice. Better to use post office on Broadway, much better level of service.

Absolutely the most terrible service I have ever experienced, I went in today to send a parcel and the male staff was so rude, abrupt and so unhelpful. He wanted to charge me the most expensive service, and he lied to me saying that 1st class signed for was going to take up to 5 days to arrive and for 2nd class signed for, he couldnt say but most probably more than 14 days. I asked if there was any other services with tracking but cheaper than first class signed for, he said that there wasnt any, when I looked on the post office site I found that THERE ARE other services, with tracking and very secure costing less than first class signed for, and the information he gave it to me was all wrong, it seems that they want to rip you off. If he doesnt want to deal with working with the general public then perhaps consider a career change might be a good idea and shall I suggest to train yourself on the post office services and charges. Very disappointed.
