New Hopes Green Post Office

Firstly must say staff are fantastic ! John , jo and Shelley do a great job but are having their hands tied Always was a great post office. But since changed to being co-op run! The place is a joke !! Cant cut staff hours in half and expect to offer a half decent service. I feel for them and all the abuse they are getting

Sign needs to change on the door clearly says post office open till 17:30 on Saturday. It isnt, its supposedly open till from 9:30 to 1pm but it was closed at 10am when I got there today with a sign saying be back in 20 min. . Came back later and was shut till Monday Worst post office EVER

Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not care about their customers or the standards to which they are meant to uphold as a company. Speak to people like they are a bit on dirt and do not take complaints seriously and are happy to laugh in your face when you address a problem. This post office is a disgrace to Royal Mail and should be closed until they are able to get staff that know how to promote good customer service and uphold a certain standard. We were not the only customers to which were spoken to in this manner, the lady also spoke to an elderly woman with the same disrespect. I can only hope that this individual is dealt with in the appropriate manner or let go from her position.
