        Dont try and collect here! The opening hours on the door say 8am to 10am but Ive been twice within these hours and the doors locked pointless office.

        Get a grip Royal Mail. 0800-1000 is not acceptable in the 21st Century. No wonder your business is on its knees and risking losing its "Royal" accreditation. Working people have no chance and your competitors have more sensible options. Time for a massive rethink. as your delivery times are no longer predictable. It used to be first thing in the morning. Now, with staff cut-backs, it can be any time of day. People do not stay home all day for your convenience.

        You cannot collect a parcel here. Opening times meaningless, been on 4 separate occasions during 'open' hours and it's boarded up every time, not a human in sight to speak to.

        Joke of a place, only open from 8 to 10, how can I pick up parcels when I work from 8:30 to 17:00, short answer, I can't. The cards have the option to leave it with a neighbour, why didn't you? Let me guess, COVID...
