Control Plumbing and Heating

The end product was really beautiful, l love my bathroom. The only setback l had was the service they provide afterwards in the event of any problems. I experienced a leak from the shower a year on and since they had given me a 3 year guarantee l decided to call them. I call their office and l gave my details to the gentleman who answers the phone. I then texted him again no reply, third time l called him he answered the phone as soon as l mentioned my name he put the phone down on me and then several times after that l tried to call noone was answering l would leave messages and noone would come back to me. I then decided to contact trustatrader to see if l could be helped and for sure in no time the leak was sorted as trustatrader took it up and contacted them direct. I can only advise that one ensures they keep their guarantee safe in case of any problems in future otherwise apart from that their work is good.

We were impressed with Control from the first meeting when Stacey arrived promptly and gave us suggestions for the best way to solve our water pressure problems. When Beth arrived, the first thing she did was to ensure that our carpet was protected. She was careful to leave the house clean and tidy every evening. Stacey was punctual, professional, courteous and provided an excellent electrician, tiler and plasterer. We are really pleased with the finished result - thank you.

Really happy with Control Plumbing. Thank you to Stacey, Chris and Beth for being points of contact and for the various trades organised by Stacey to a schedule. Saved us after the Bathstore nightmare and a very sensible approach to solving issues as they came up. Would recommend without doubt.

Stacey and his colleague from Control recently fitted a new ensuite bathroom for us. My wife is disabled with mobility problems so we needed something user friendly with ease of access, Stacey suggested a wet room. He sat down and planned the job with us, incorporating a tiled shower seat within the wall for my wife which looks modern and amazing. We couldnt be happier with the end result, which is perfect for a family and also my wifes needs. I would definitely recommend Control Plumbing and Heating, great job guys.
