Tom was a recommendation and lived up to expectations. He can round when promised , fairly assessed the job and gave a realistic timescale for doing work, The on going communication was prompt. Seeing Leigh Electricals providing a review says it all when they performed the worst cowboy certificate for a new home. Found TJB too busy to be responsive enough, this must be considered if something goes wrong, how long would it then take to rectify and would it entail grief. Found the call out to be a roundabout way of saying the job was not worth while, and so the job was matched to bump me off, thats the overwhelming feeling I got after having other quotes. A blessing before any commitment. 2 stars provided because of general politeness overall, despite the rush to get offsite, along with the eventual response that lead to the visit. Honest review for an honest call out that eventually occured with no work carried out. If the job had been worthwhile in their eyes then it may have been a good job but have doubts over the scattered pricing coming from memory with nothing to back it up so as to compare. Judge yourselves based on consistent communication and detailed pricing broken down, you may get luckier than I.
