Great pizza and love the garlic sticks

Food was great until the cinnapie sticks. We called up as these were bellow standard. We couldn't rip them apart and they were chewy beyond edible. We called the store to be told "we've been doing these for 3-4 months and not had a complaint". Then to be told that's how they are, it's the icing apparently, despite barely having any. If being unable to get them apart and having inedible food is how it's meant to be, we will not be returning.

Absolutely awful. Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for food that arrived like warm, and with a pizza missing. Without wanting to wait hours for a replacement, requested a refund but was told to call in the morning but when persisted on the matter, they simply hung up.
