Pizza Hut Delivery

The delivery arrived on time with friendly service and I was so looking forward to the melts but arrived cold hard and rubbery cheese like there were leftovers microwaved n left to go cold again. . 30 odd totally wasted and I am so angry that its all gone in the bin. . Even the garlic Brad with cheese was like a stale microwaved mess! Totally disgusting

Shame you cant give zero stars. Ordered via Deliveroo. They sent us a different persons order. Called up and our order was still sat on the rack. As the store delivery does not cover our town (just Deliveroo), even though we are only 2 miles away from the store, they refused to deliver and asked if we could come and collect ourselves. My view is if you purchase something and a mistake is makes, the store should do what they can to resolve it (I.e. instruct their driver to make the exception and deliver) not just rub their hands of the situation ans leave it to Deliveroo to resolve. Left with no dinner and the hope that we get the 40 back from Deliveroo.

Last pizza I had here was disgusting, it was a pan pizza for a change, it was undercooked, it had way to much sauce for the base and the entire cheese and topping slid straight of the pizza when i tried to break it apart. It was just not nice at all, previously I have had some alright pizzas here, but the latest one has put me off ordering again. Not cheap either, 20 for a pizza I did not even enjoy.

Restaurant was dirty and had loads of flies. Didnt have what I ordered and the pizza I settled on was terrible. Vegetarian options: Terrible

I ordered a meal via the pizza hut website to be delivered from the Benfleet Branch. Straight after ordering I received a call to say they have no drivers to deliver? And this could be a long wait. I asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund, I was then told they can not issue a refund in store and I would now have to email the customer relations team to request the refund as they couldn't deliver my food I had paid for. So I emailed them, to receive an email back stating they will take up to 3 days to reply to my email this is before they have even issued a refund. Absolutely ridiculous that 1. I can order online to be delivered when there is no delivery drivers and 2. I have to jump through hoops to get a refund due to something that wasn't my fault. Sort it out Pizza Hut!
