Not only is Rachel a great pilates teacher, she has been absolutely brilliant throughout the past year, keeping us sane and motivated through her twice weekly online classes. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Rachel has been amazing keeping us motivated during Covid. Her pilates classes are inclusive but challenging and so varied. I would not hesitate to recommend Rachels' class to others.

Rachel's pilates classes are 5 star. Each class is different (and Rachel will talk you through the different levels of each movement from easy to hard). She has an uncanny sixth sense in her instruction technique reminding you to breathe, tuck, and smile! Very motivational!

Dorothy Turner
Rachel has been running Pilates classes in Hockley, Leigh and Westcliff for several years and has a loyal following. I joined 5 years ago and found her to be a good teacher, the classes move from warm up to working different groups of muscles, standing and mat work. She always allows for different abilities to make the exercises a little easier (or harder) and allows stretches to loosen worked muscles in between as well as stretching at the end. The in person classes will start again in June but all through the lockdown Rachel has run online classes which have been really helpful. Rachel's approach is very person-centred so although one may be challenged to try new exercises, no one need feel left behind as alternative ways or fewer repetitions are allowed. I can really recommend Rachel's Pilates lessons and her caring attitude.
