        This is the place to visit if you want to look after your body. Whatever your level of fitness, Sam's Pilates classes are fun and tiered to accommodate your ability. Sam is an excellent & informative instructor, who works hard to make sure every session is unique.

        Sam is an exceptional pilates teacher. Over many years of having the pleasure of attending her classes, I've come to love and value pilates as a really effective form of exercise. Sam is endlessly patient, supportive, encouraging and fun! She takes so much care over ensuring each class member is looked after, and works at a level that suits them. I can highly recommend Sam to anyone considering pilates, from first timers to experienced practitioners.

        Sam offers a g8t variety of classes for all levels - Sam is very knowledgeable & will adapt exercises to suit peoples needs ! The studio is a g8t environment to practice - Wld highly recommend Sam :)
