The ladies here are very polite and helpful. The issue is how long you wait for stuff. I had an operation 4 months ago and have had huge amounts of dressings/ bandages etc. The problem is each time we needed the stuff we waited weeks for it. The district nurse would put the prescription in but literal weeks would pass. The service isn't good. They definitely need to reorganize how they process their orders and get it done in a timely fashion. Several times we ran out of bandages and had to appeal to the district nurse to bring them to us. When you have a wound as big as mine was you need the security of knowing you'll get the stuff. So update for this awful place. My prescription was sent over from my doctor's on the 6th June for my regular meds. Come Friday it hadn't been delivered so I attempted to ring them. I started at 9am and I finished at 5pm. Constantly engaged! They had actively taken the phone off the hook so as not to speak to ppl. I was completely out of meds and being housebound I couldn't even go round there to demand my meds. As a consequence of this I spent 2 hours on the phone to NHS 111 to get an emergency supply on Sunday which went on to cost me 11 because I had to send a cab to get it for me. Here we are 9am Monday morning and of course they've got the phone off the hook again! To say I'm furious would be an understatement! In this case I will DIE without my pills. You all see their answer to my first review... Do not believe them and do not trust them. For myself I'm done with them. Any company that would put their customers lives at risk is not worth my time.
