The worst service i have ever had from a business, I would call up to see if my prescription had arrived, it had, I will be there in 10 mins, but still had to wait in the chemist for my prescription for 30 minutes. I've been given someone else's prescription, despite them asking my address. I asked for them to deliver my prescription because i was sick of long waits in the shop for prescriptions that should have been prepared, thinking this would solve all my problems, when my pills began to run low I called and was told my GP hadn't sent it, called GP they said they had, pharmacy said they hadn't, called GP they said they had and to tell them to check the other system, the pharmacy said there was only the one system and my prescription wasn't there, fortunately my GP offered to call the pharmacy for me, my GP called me back minutes later saying it was the pharmacy's error and they will be sent out, the pharmacy never called, never apologised. Every month I have to call the pharmacy, is my prescription in, no, are you sure, yes, when did you last send this medication to me, January, then how come you sent some to me February and March, please hold, several minutes later it's here, ready for you to collect, no you agreed to deliver it, oh yes. Sadly its not just my regular prescriptions they struggle with, I've had one off prescriptions that they have had for weeks before i call up and then they don't know if they have dispensed them already, how can a business with this level of service survive particularly as one that is responsible for medications
