Since it's time to review this post, it's got better over time, especially with injections and flu jabs, boosters, and the like. Prompt service, repeat prescription service with text reminders too... Occasionally asking to look at my medication and double-checking my health. Advising on the right pain relief in my personal circumstances. Staff are very funny and extremely pleasant, giving me extra time because of my difficulty in explaining things. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone... 5*

Just been to southchurch road shop to collect my normal prescription only to find out that they have not ordered them from the doctors. I have been getting them there for years on an managed prescription by them . So haw can they justify not putting it in. I have also found out that others have no been ordered so I surest if you have your prescriptions managed by them cheque that yours is not one of them . The current manager needs a kick up the pants for this one ..

Never had a problem with this place until today the male pharmacist was so god dame rude to me earlier today for know reason whatsoever I think HR needs to have words with him asap on the way he speaks to people

Who do I complain to abiut staff clocking off early? I arrived at your store at 5.23 for the lady to be walking someone out and telling me u cant come In even though they close at 5.30! To turn a customer a way before the time you close is so unprofessional especially as I was at the door and she easily could of let me in quickly consider there was still 7 minutes left until closing time, I wonder how I can take this further ? I desperately needed something
