Boots Pharmacy

Twice in one week, Ive had rude and unhelpful service at this branch. I understand that times are tough but its not asking much not to be spoken down to, interrupted and not listened to. Im surprised such a large brand would allow shoddy standards.

Tried to get my flu jab done here twice and both times the pharmacist was not available. Staff at the branch claim they called to tell me, but there was no missed call on my phone. When I challenged this, they then claimed my phone number was entered incorrectly on my account but I dispute this. Staff had a sorry, not sorry attitude so no point arguing my case in the shop. Instead, I will be complaining directly to Boots pharmacys head office as they shouldnt be offering weekend appointments if they cant honour them. Unfortunately I have to use boots for this service as its organised by my work but will be avoiding the Leigh branch going forward. Terrible service!

Worst boots I've ever been to. Staff are incredibly rude, slow, they all have lunch at the same time and so are shut over lunchtime every day when most people have the opportunity to go to collect prescriptions etc. Then they shut for over and hour and leave a queue waiting outside til they fancy reopening, and are rude to everyone when doing so. Changing to use a different pharmacy that's further away so less convenient but isn't just rude and unhelpful.
