        Tried ringing at 18.15 on a Thursday. They close at 18.30. Rang for 15 minutes straight without anyone picking up. More interested in going home than helping customers. Terrible store.

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling service had my script for 3 days meds not ready cant tell me when they will be. Said come back I live 2 miles away. Nobody answering phone so cant even call to ask. Long queues stressed customers and pressurised pharmacist. No feedback or complaint forms for those who have digital poverty. Awful place need more staff will not use again !

        I have used this pharmacy for nearly 20 years now. In the past year, the staff have grown more and more uncaring, and unconcerned with the customers. They are no longer bothering to ensure scripts are ready within the timeframe expected ... and seem to need two plus days to prepare any script after it has finally been sent from the doctor. Now, they do not seem interested in stocking one's medications at all. Just telling a disabled person, with NO car, to go and shop around at other pharmacies.
