My dog a has had the worst cut ever.. the owner became abusive, saying it was his type of fur! Plus nicking him twice!!! No it was the cut! Clumps n bits missing! Rip OFF!! Expensive at 41

Dont go.. cant cut schnauzers! Left long hairs on legs, face was lob sided, tail had chucks out taken out, clump at base of tail, uneven face! Own came abusive! Nasty!!! 41 later never again!!!

New to area and so had to find a new groomers - so happy with the service and outcome! Bertie looks great ! So much better than our previous groomers in London, they're honestly briliant !

First time round were brilliant Second time service and grooming was absolutely poor and customer service from owner /staff was disgusting and manipulative. Butchered my dogs hair and nails bled for days not worth the money or time . Such a shame . Did not follow my special requests , no refund offered and now my beloved dog has passed due to health reasons and I can hardly take any hair clipping of her as they cut all her hair off .but their response was it will grow back Do not take your dogs here

My 2 dogs love coming here for their groom. Sam does an amazing job and im always happy with the end result. Highly recommend
