I have been training with Dom for several years now. I used to dislike gyms and never progress well, sabotaging my diet by overeating etc. Dominic has been fantastic. He remembers your individual quirks and looks at nutrition as well as helping with increasing strength. I lost over a stone and cannot stress how this is down to his motivation and enthusiasm for health and fitness. My advice is book him and just throw yourself into his programs. He provides a holistic service that takes your lifestyle into consideration and then matches to goals that are challenging but achievable. I never thought I would be someone who ate protein pancakes, and makes healthy porridge as well as tracking activity and nutrition. Great results from a great trainer and all this in a smart bespoke fitness studio.

Dom is everything you would want in a PT/coach, he is friendly, approachable, professional, knowledgable and understanding to name a few. I have received 1-2-1 coaching as well as online coaching and the level service I received for both was invariable. He is always available to answer any questions I have, he checks in with me regularly and goes above and beyond to offer support and encouragement. Highly recommend.

Dom is an absolutely amazing personal trainer and I cannot recommend him enough. One of the biggest things for me was trying to work out a balance between having a social life and still getting results. I have been training with Dom for around 4 months and I cant believe the results I have achieved in such a short space of time. I have never properly tracked my workouts and this has been the biggest game changer for me. This has enabled me to lift progressively heavier weights and push myself that little bit further each session. I now also have gym based goals (something I have never had) which Dom is helping me achieve. The way that Dom works makes the process really simple and I have found myself always looking forward to the workouts. On top of all this Dom is always on hand to help you make the right choices regarding food responding to any messages quickly (he has endless recipes and food guides). I would really recommend Dom if anyone is looking for a PT to help them achieve their fitness goals whilst enjoying doing so.
