    Ive been going to Milo for 8 months, being trained by Cameron. It was a huge step for me to join a small gym like this as I get very nervous in new environments. I was made to feel really welcome and at ease here. Cameron has been very knowledgeable and has supported me to reach the goals I wanted to achieve. I would happily recommend Milo to anybody looking to improve their health and fitness.

    I have just finished 6 months of PT with Cameron, focusing on building confidence in the gym and building muscle. I suffer with lower back & hip pain which was considered in all of the exercises set out during our sessions and in the plans Cameron set me to do in between. If an exercise was causing pain, Cameron always knew a different variation or a different exercise to target the same muscles, without pain. I appreciated having a private space to try exercises before stepping foot in a commercial gym. He is always responsive to questions in between sessions, including advise on protein shakes and pre-workouts. If theres something hes not 100% sure on, he would definitely try to find out! I look forward to returning again in the near future and would definitely recommend Milo Fitness & Cameron to anyone!

    A respectful, hard-working company, and I gained great results. So I rang up asking for a 6 week training programme, which would rehab my knee injury and increase my fitness, and that is exactly what I got! One thing that struck me was there was no pressure or 'hard sell' to continue past the 6 week programme I had requested. Much appreciated. My PT was Cameron Treacher (Cam). He was great at listening to what I wanted to achieve and setting out a plan to action it. I'd done some training elsewhere before, so Cam purposely included some exercises I said I'd enjoyed, i.e. kettlebell swings, as well throwing some new exercises my way. My knee is so much stronger and no longer hurts. Cam gave me great tips on how to improve my eating habits and wasn't judgemental when I'd had a few 'questionable' days in the food diary. Overall, loved the experience. Highly Recommend.
