Ive just completed Lauras six week beginners programme. Ive loved every minute of it. I had loads of aches & pains. Theyve all gone. I feel 100% fitter & healthier. Ive signed up for the next course. I thoroughly recommend Laura, she is professional & knows when to push me. She likes to have feedback after a session. I can not speak highly enough of this fitness expert, I wish Id found her sooner.

Laura is great to work with. Listens to your goals and helps to make those achievable. Really motivates and helps with mindset and nutrition. Opportunity to be part of Whats app group chat with other clients which are excellent to share experiences, ideas and encourage. These are a great added bonus. Highly recommend

I have been seeing Laura for 2 years now. Not only is she a fantastic PT, but a fantastic support. She has supported me through some extremely challenging times and has kept me motivated. She is empathetic and adaptable,listening to what you want to achieve, within your own capacity. I can't thank Laura enough for the work she has done with me and the support that has been offered.

Laura is great. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging and tough when you need it! Outside of sessions she is always there with advice and tips on healthier eating and exercise. She is also very much into finding the balance between the work and relaxation, and is very much about being kind to ourselves and not beating ourselves up when we miss some exercise, or eat something we maybe shouldn't have. She is a very positive influence on my life and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle.

I've been doing online PT with Laura for a month and I think it's working! I've wanted to be fitter and healthier for years but I've never been very good with gyms or diets or sticking to an exercise plan. Laura's 3 healths approach is a really good. I'm actually enjoying exercise, feeling the benefits, and getting a routine established. I'm also getting into much better habits with food and drink. We focus on long-term goals - rather than short-term crisp and wine goals! Laura is a great motivator and a really good trainer. Thanks to Laura I feel that I'm on the road and moving (planking!) in the right direction!
