Events on Fleek Photo Booths

Terrible company Terrible service they only get one star because they did turn up!! I had the most amazing wedding day but I did want to let everyone know how AWFUL Events on Fleek - DJ's & Photo Booths have been!! The whole process has been painful, they are unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive!! It is near on impossible to get hold of Danny he literally never answered my calls and over the last few weeks I have rang him a lot!! They turned up late with the photo booth and then put the wrong name on my pictures once the mistake was pointed out they did change it, and promised that he would change the name in my guest book and send it out to me within a week!! Well I have now received the guest book (Not great quality ) after 7 weeks of constantly hassling him to which he wouldnt answer my calls and barely replied to text. Some of the pictures still have the wrong name on them, and the situation could have been avoided if Danny had just answered the phone apologised for the mistake and put things right not once did he ring and speak to me to explain what was happening! To anyone thinking of booking with events on fleek please rethink as the cause unnecessary stress to anyone planning an event.

Well lets start with the pros.. they got to my event and did almost everything i paid them for. Ok now cons, 1st off they are a middle company i didnt work this out until the dj turned up and he was under a different name. The next is they do not answer emails, the best way to speak to them is phone but email no chance, tried many times no joy. Now on to my 3rd con, the little things you can speak to them on the phone and tell them what you want but on the day you will get a very basic service. My advise is to go else where and search for what you want 1 by 1 as this way was alot more hassle and disappointment.
