Stephanie Gammell Osteopath

I came to see Steph at the end of July as I was having problems with my feet and walking. I cannot begin to explain how much she has changed my walking and foot strength and the impact that has had on me; from being close to tears in our first meeting about how much pain I was in, to our final session feeling so much more comfortable and strong when Im on my feet all day. Steph is so attentive and helpful and is the reason I no longer have such terrible pains. I would recommend her to anyone

Had an emergency appointment with Stephanie to try to relieve a chronic migraine whilst visiting family and have squeezed in another one in the same week as I was over the moon with the results! Wonderful results, wonderful appointment, wonderful person. Cannot reccomend Stephanie enough! Will be back for ongoing maintenance! :)

After many months of constant hip pain, I visited Steph, who came highly recommended. After a few very productive sessions I have much more mobility in my hip and the pain has reduced significantly. Stephs warm, friendly and professional approach made me feel completely relaxed and confident in her treatment. Will continue with the recommended exercises which have been so beneficial. Thanks Steph - a job well done!

I've been to see Steph on a couple of occasions for hip and back issues. Her knowledge and understanding of the problems was first class. She was able to diagnose and treat the areas along side recommending excersies and stretches to help the issues. Would highly recommend!

I started going to Steph during my pregnancy when experiencing back pain. After the first appointment I already felt such a difference. Would highly recommend Steph to anyone considering seeking treatment from an Osteopath. I also found her guidance and advice so useful. She not only worked to resolve the issues but helped me to understand why and how to prevent issues in the future.
