        This guy is a total crook and should be avoided at all costs. He lets down customers and does not pay suppliers.

        So disappointed with Williams. We have been loyal customers here for 18 years. However I have now been waiting 4 weeks for a pair of lenses to be put in my frames and despite regular calls (and promises of call-backs) have yet to be contacted about what is going on. If somethi g has gone wrong then fair enough, mistakes happen. But have the decency to call back guys.

        Eye test was good and glasses service good but Let me down with my contact lenses, promised I would have them for my holiday but then didn't have the courage to face me when they were not in. Will never go there again
