Take my 3 boys here, really like Glen and Co, nothing is ever to much trouble,they explain it all, very polite, friendly yet professional, and brilliant with children...the 2 receptionists are lovely and helpful, they deserve a mention as always welcoming and smiley when you enter.........5 stars from us

If ya want 20 20 vision 're Here is A1 . . 1st class staff at base price Yes Hamlet optician Glen is better than Moore fields .Anyway If ya want proof go there or Be square. Then share X

Fantastic service, not pushy just helpful. Great knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. I brought my prescription from my test at a different opticians and it was no problem at all. Got some very valuable help selecting the right frames which fit perfectly and hey were back and ready to pick up within a week. Definitely recommend and I will use again next time

If I could give this company 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough! Was recommended this company after a highly favourable review from a family member. I was pretty disgruntled with 2 of the more well known chain of opticians so visited this establishment. And, pun thoroughly intended, what a eye opener! This is been my first experience of having to get glasses and they have been nothing short of first class. They saw me at the drop of the hat. They showed me, without any fuss or stress, what they can do to help improve my vision. And their aftersales service has been absolutely faultless. They have completely restored my faith in opticians after 2 distinctively average experiences from their mainstream competitors over the past 8 months. Nothing but praise for Glen and his team. I'm already looking forward to the next time I visit them. Keep up the fab work! Paul Clark.
