Eye test- Kept waiting for appointment, no apparent reason, well after appointment due time. At end of eye test, I made it clear I only wanted the prescription, as I couldnt afford their prices, this was received with humpf remark, then tried to charge me for photos that were never explained were an extra, this ended in an argument. Not professional, dont recommend this optician

Have had two eye tests here now and both experiences have been pleasant. There was no pressure sale for glasses or lenses and prices were reasonable.

Been going here for years. The original optician who saw me was brilliant. Her replacement was not, very rude and condescending. She treated you like a five year old if you told her you had kept your lenses in for longer than needed etc. She has now thankfully left, and although I've have only had one appointment with the new guy he seem nice and genuine.
