Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Southend

Perfectly happy with the eye test and spectacle fitting. I can see much better with the new glasses.

Very good service once seen but my criticism unfortunately would be that my appointment was 9am and at least three opticians did not arrive until after 9am causing a delay. Great service once seen though but perhaps the actual opticians should arrive at any work before appointment times .

Three members of my family and myself have been using the Southend on-sea branch for several years and always recieved great service from all the staff we encountered, and excellent work from the ophthalmologists. I was recently ask to contact the branch to arrange collection of a replacement pair of glasses.I rang the branchand was confronted by an extremely rude member of staff. They spoke over me continually and refused to listen to my enquiry. She would only say that I had to contact the store via the website.I gave up on the call and fortunately was served politely and efficiently by the store manager on my return visit. The rude staff member should not have any responsibility dealing with customers.
