What a lovely local business! My new prescription sunglasses needed adjusting so I popped in on the off chance some one could assist - such a warm welcome and the gentleman who adjusted my glasses was so nice and friendly - adjusted my glasses in no time and free of charge! I saw plenty of lovely frames whilst I waited so will certainly be in touch when my next eye exam is due!

I recently changed my Opticians to Goldsmith Webb in Rochford and I am glad I did. I have found the staff to be friendly, reassuring and very accommodating. I am very happy with my new glasses and the good service I have received. More recently as in today the care taken examining and explaining what is happening in my right eye and given a leaflet with advice. I cannot thank them enough especially the Optician I saw on both occasions Beverley Smith.

Helpful staff , I tried lots of glasses and honest opinions to what looked best and what suited . Glasses came one week early and Im very happy Wouldnt go anywhere else now , highly recommended.

My glasses broke during lockdown and I needed them to work but my usual opticians in Rayleigh werent offering a service. My daughter uses Goldsmith Webb in Rochford and suggested I give them a call. Im so pleased I did! Paul initially arranged for me to post them for repair then called to say that Daryl could look at them at the local branch the next day for convenience. Daryl was waiting for me at 9am and fixed my glass free of charge whilst still maintaining social distancing. Im so impressed that I will use them from now on. Thank you!
