Fantastic family run business, really fast delivery and Reliable. I have dealt with the owners of Prime products for over 10 years and never once have I had an issue. The pricing is always spot on and competitive & I honestly can't fault the service. They have an online ordering system for ease of ordering and a friendly team on the phones & email to assist with orders if required. No quibble returns and have a very wide range of products. So much so that when I need something that isn't in their catalogue, I have simple asked the question on email and they have gone out of their way to source the item at the best trade price for me with the quickest delivery using their buying power, rather than declining like other companies. +++++++
