        The home did everything they could to look after my aunt after she was discharged into their care by Southend hospital. Helpful and friendly and made sure she was treated with dignity. Where we had queries these were addressed promptly.

        Grandad was neglected on numerous occasions told me staff had pushed him or hurt him he had swollen mouth lost teeth which I was told was due to a paracetamol!! Aurora the manager mixed up medications on numerous occasions. They refused a camera in his room which if you have nothing to hide shouldnt be a problem . It was filthy and stink. My grandad shower never worked the whole time he was there around 2 years so never had a wash wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy
