Annas Plants

I have found this store on Facebook, it was an advertising. I saw the pictures and I came today to the store. Unfortunately it was closed, on the Internet saying close at 17.00. Is the store close for good or just they did close earlier... I'll never know.

Awful company, I ordered two spiders plants and a cheese plant from this company. My cheese plant and spiders arrived damaged the cheese plant was infested with fungus gnats as you can see in the pictures you can also see the rip in the leaf with the cheese plant. The owner took no responsibility with the fungus gnats and ignored my review on her fb and even shut off her reviews she basically called me a liar. Not only that, I was charged for postage when it clearly states on her website that it was free over 20 which my order was. I was charged 5.59 for postage. The normal spider plants are the same as asda ones they charge 9.95 and asda has the exact same ones for 3.50. This company took no responsibility with the fungus gnats tried to blame it on dpd. I opened a PayPal claim as the money I spent trying to save her plants doesn't justify the cost. I got a partial refund in the end. Their customer service is terrible if you buy from this company approach with caution. I've never had a problem with fungus gnats before, it's taken two weeks to get rid of them and I've had to re pot the plants and treat them all and quarantine them from my other plants.

Fantastic little plant shop! Reasonably priced. Quality of plants amazing. Better than your big garden centres. This place actually loves what they do! That's seen by the plants themselves & the customer service. Cannot fault this shop. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I will care for my little treasures, like children.

Purchased maranta and focus Belize plants. Great quality plants and lot of help with plant care. Rather support small business than big block stores.
