        The shop assistant was really rude to me because I didnt want to leave my baby by the door to drop the collect plus parcel on the shelf. I took the pram closer to the shelf and he shouted at me that I should have left it there as I got in the way of another customer. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my baby and I felt that this was really poor service. This shop is so close to me but I will never return after this experience. Please be more sympathetic to shoppers in future, its really hard navigating places with a baby or access needs and patience and kindness is a much nicer approach.
