We have previously been really happy with the service from Michael and Marcus back in the day, but now despite using them for our personal and business portfolio mortgage needs we are finding a complete lack of response from Josh and others. It's great that the business has grown to be successful for them, but the service has slipped drastically and we are now having to take our business elsewhere, when we'd rather be consistent. We're left wondering how many mortgages exactly we'd require each year to make it worth their while responding?
